The STILL Method is a response to the unprecedented rise in the amount of children and young people experiencing anxiety.
The STILL Method (Stop, Talk, Imagine, Listen and Learn) brings together neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behaviour therapy and positive psychology to give children and young people the tools to overcome their anxiety.
The workshops are based around fun, engaging and practical techniques that are quick to learn and quick to use! These techniques have been designed to be used immediately (panic attacks) and to be used to help overcome upsetting memories/negative thoughts.

These workshops are now being delivered online via Zoom and are just as fun and engaging!
